Though the membership has crossed 200, but since we were able to identify more land within the existing rates, we have extended the existing rates of Rs 950 psf. to our new members as well. We are planning to restrict the membership to 250 members, per the current availability of land to us.
Members are advised to keep their cheques handy for first installment against land cost (25% of land cost against chosen unit type). We will start collecting the same as soon as we get registered as society.
