A very Happy New Year to you all. I hope you would celebrate the start of 2017 in good spirits with family and friends. Now that we have stepped into the new year, it’s a good time to look ahead and think about what this year may bring us.
I would also like to thank you all for supporting us in conducting Society’s third Annual General Body Meeting successfully.
We have launched a major overhaul in our web system. The new system will have login options for all our existing and new applicants/members. Your login credentials will comprise of a username, for which you will need to use your application id.
We will be sending you a temporary password if you have not already collected it. You are requested to change the same as soon as you login for the first time into your account.
Though your user id and password are already fed into the system but your account is currently in suspended state. For us to activate it, primary member will need to request us via primary registered email id or through a written request. In case you have not provided us with a email id or it has changed since, you are requested to make a written request for us to update the system with the same.
All your personal information, co-applicant details, nominee details, bank details, payment details, share certificate details could be checked through the website. From now on, your receipts will also be made available via your account. You could see your receipts online and even download them. Since these are computer generated, they would not require any signatures or stamp.
Also, for all societal updates members will need to refer the website’s ‘news-update’ and ‘notification’ section, though members will also be informed on important updates via email as was done earlier.
The new system will allow us to better integrate our strategies and goals while keeping everyone in loop.
It’s going to require your cooperation for us to fully implement it.
