Dear All,
As was updated in our
last email, DDA had brought in some technical amendments to the policy. They
were placed in the public domain for suggestions. Public hearing was done on
them a couple of weeks back. There were not many comments on the suggested
changes, and most participants emphasized on expediting the process. All the
inputs were duly noted by the DDA officials, which were to be compiled and the
changes were to be sent further for final approval. We are planning a visit to
the DDA office to get a status on the same.
We also sent some
suggestions on the policy front to the VC, DDA, and cc’d the same to the DDA’s
Commissioner – Planning and DDA’s Commissioner – Land Pooling. The same has
been attached for your reference. We are still awaiting a reply on the same.
