DDA’s last window opened in March 2020 did not yield much result because of the onset of Corona Pandemic, hence, DDA has re-opened its window for another 45 days (till 14th Nov).
DDA has released draft consortium documents to help with the
consortium formation.
Till the last window, around 10 sectors had touched the 70% participation eligibility criteria. The sectors we are working upon had witnessed 50% participation until March this year. We are expecting it to reach 70% by end of the current window.
We will be meeting DDA officials to further discuss the
possible models for consortium formation.
We are trying to get the landowners in the sector we are working in, on a web-based application, for coordination purposes.
