Dear All,
Yesterday we had a follow-up meeting with the village committee. The agenda was to discuss the next steps towards taking the sector forward with the implementation process.
We helped them understand the various stages of the Consortium formation. It was decided that the group will try to achieve these stages one after another in a time-bound manner.
The actionable were broken down into:
a) Technical issues will be taken up with the DDA officials.
It was decided that we will plan a joint meeting along and the village committee with the DDA Commissioner (Land Pooling) and Commissioner (Planning) by the first week of Dec.
b) Work on Stage 1 of Consortium formation:
Village committee will proceed with getting the documents signed from all the landowners within a month’s time. They will also discuss the Land distribution formula with the land owners during this period.
c) Village committee will be providing us with the necessary data for planning purposes.
Even though we already have most of the data in our system, yet, there are some gaps. They will be providing us with landowner’s details for the remaining Mustil / Khasras. Then, we will proceed with segregating land on the basis of GramSabha, 74/4, submitted, partially submitted etc. This will help us during the later stages of the Consortium formation.
